Our Christmas break started a day early this year. We got about two inches of snow which made the schools cancel for the day. You know there are a lot of steep hills around here which makes it hard to drive. So the boys had a day of playing with friends and watching tv.
The best part of the day for me was when I opened a can of Campbell’s noodle soup, added water, and heated through. After giving it to the boys Trav said, “Mom, I love your cooking.” Well the noodles *were* in the shape of Mario characters. Elliot needed all of the non-noodle ingredients taken out of his soup and each bite was taken with a grimace. Can’t please everyone!
Here are some photos and videos from the day. I like the snowball fight… it’s more like a snow chunk fight. And Elliot says “That’s the best thing about a snowball fight. It’s all about having fun.”
